📐 What size are your DTF prints?
We currently offer A4 (28.5cm x 21cm), A3 (28.5cm x 42cm), and large 58cm x 100cm gang sheets. The 100cm size can be supplied as continuous metres – perfect for bulk production.
🧼 Are DTF prints washable?
Yes! All our DTF transfers are wash-tested and rated to 40–60°C. Use a cold wash where possible, wash inside out, and avoid tumble drying for maximum longevity.
🖼️ How should I upload artwork?
Use high-resolution PNG files (300 DPI preferred) with transparent backgrounds. We accept CMYK or RGB. Make sure the design is the size you want it printed. If you’re unsure, message us before ordering.
🖨️ What can I press DTF onto?
DTF works on cotton, polyester, blends, and more – light or dark fabrics. It’s perfect for T-shirts, hoodies, tote bags, workwear, and even wood or leather in some cases.
🔥 What are the heat press settings?
Recommended press settings: 150°C–160°C for 10–15 seconds with medium to high pressure. Cold peel. After peeling, re-press for 5 seconds with a Teflon or baking sheet for best results.
🧾 Can I supply my own gang sheet?
Absolutely. You can upload your own gang sheet layout when ordering. We accept A3, A4, or 58cm wide sheets – continuous metres available for the 58cm width.
🚚 How fast is delivery?
We dispatch same or next working day. Delivery options include Royal Mail, Evri, DPD Next Day, and Special Delivery. All parcels are tracked. Orders over £50 ship free.
❌ Can I return or cancel my order?
As all items are custom printed, returns are only accepted if the product is damaged or faulty. If there’s an issue, contact us and we’ll sort it. Full info is in our Refund & Returns Policy.
