🛍️ Can I Return My DTF Prints?
Due to the custom nature of DTF printing, we are unable to accept returns for items that have been printed to your design specifications. However, if you receive a damaged or faulty item, we’ll always do our best to put it right.
💡 Refunds for Faulty or Incorrect Orders
If there’s a genuine error on our part — such as a wrong design, misprint or damaged product — please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will assess the issue and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate. In some cases, we may ask you to return the original item or provide clear photos as evidence.

⚠️ Non-Refundable Situations
- Custom prints where no fault or error is found
- Returns requested after 7 days of delivery
- Incorrect files or low-resolution artwork provided by the customer
- Minor colour shifts or differences that do not affect usability
